IMPORTANT WARRANTY PROCEDURES
For Kentucky Trailer to honor warranty work the following criteria should be followed. Warranty work can be authorized only by the Kentucky Trailer Warranty Department.
- Any repair shop including the customers shop can perform warranty repairs providing they contact us for authorization. For any major repairs, we ask that the trailer be brought to one of these preferred service centers if possible. Those can be found by "clicking here".
- Defective parts that are removed or replaced may be requested for return to Kentucky Trailer, tagged with the trailer's serial number and marked to Warranty’s attention.
- Photographs may be requested before authorization of work is given. Failure to follow these procedures may affect Kentucky Trailer’s willingness to assist with current or future warranty claims.
